Capacity Building Services
Sarah Fischler combines 10 years of experience in nonprofit management and leadership with practical solutions and strategies to help nonprofit organizations achieve greater mission impact. Working to be a partner in each of her client’s success, Sarah provides the following capacity building services:
- Customized consulting services for small to mid-sized nonprofit organizations, primarily in Colorado, in the areas of organizational strategy and effectiveness; fundraising (individual donor programs and grant fundraising); board development and governance; planning; and leveraging online tools. All of these services are provided through the Community Resource Center.
- Facilitation of workshops and trainings on many nonprofit best practices
- Research and writing on sector-wide issue and capacity building projects
- Career coaching for young nonprofit professionals
